Yoga TT Day 07 - Seems easier than it is

Today we had our 3rd interactive session and we had to lead one sun salutation including a variation in the flow.... I was hoping they would forget me in the row. I was struggling the whole time to follow. I was feeling tired today. Didn't sleep well and it has been an intensive week.

Then it was my turn... and while I was listening to the other ones leading their vinyasas, I was trying to come up with something to integrate, then someone stole my pose!!!!! So I had to think fast about another one and I messed it up completely. I forgot left and right, I forget the difference between hand and feet, I couldn't do a proper transition to the pose I chose... It was messy and was looking half professional than the orangutan in the picture.... still we have 63 days to go, so I am sure I'll get better. All my respects to my class fellows and all the online teachers! It is not easy to lead a flow online! Thanks to Manish and Neetu for their patience. Namaste
