Yoga TT Day 05 - First interactive session

Today we had our first interactive class. It was the first time the final participants met virtually and I am head over hills about the group! When in my life I dreamed about making such a training with people from all over the world and specially at their home places! Very special indeed. I was amazed how easily I could do 108 Suryanamaskar today.... It is incredible how fast the body adapts to everything. 4 months ago, when I was really at my deepest I could hardly do 16!

I loved the phrase we learned today... "Yoga is for those who are tired of happyness".
