Yoga TT Day 02 - The four paths of yoga

After overcoming the tech pains which have been haunting me for more than 18 months, I reached Nirvana...

I wonder how technology is supposed to make our lives easier. Is true we have opportunities like this one, to deepen online, but the price? Yes, the price is to fight with an enemy that is your enabler at the same time. Thankful and resentful... that is how I feel.

Now to the training!!!! :)

A perfect practice, quite tired from yesterday but so fulfilling. The lecture on #yoga philosophy was a jewel. Learning more about me every minute, made me reflect on my way of doing things and what I am missing.
