Yoga TT Day 01 - Gatakasha: the earthen pot

It's rainy and foggy and despite my enthusiasm technology played a trick. I decided to give it a try once more. Hoping to jump in tomorrow with less complications. Not the best start. However I did my practice alone and completed a great lecture by @manishpole.

Looking forward to breaking the boundaries of being an earthed pot and discover the universe in me.
