TT Yoga Day 12 - Breathing better and sleeping like a sloth

I have been feeling quite amazing lately. I had lots of problems to sleep before I started the training. All the symptoms of #menopause came together, I woke up 5 times at night sweating, couldn't sleep, couldn't concentrate, looney... you name it! And then I started the training and a #scio therapy of quantic medicine with my lovely aunt who lives in Mexico. Yes! it is possible to do it from so far away because is a #quantic method (no space, no time)!


I feel like a teenager again, a tired teenager, but a teenager. I mean, this is the 12th day in a row of quite demanding practices, but I feel like new! So far the best has been realizing that holding the breath is the key to hold a position, the visualisation of my very strong intention to become EASY and to be able to sleep again the whole night through.
